Obviously biokink stories tend to be hurt/comfort, but the way subs can be mind-controlled by any dom is fucking depressing. Also at the beginning of the story the dom seems to be awful like anybody less. I'm sure part of the story it's seeing him redeem himself, but I can't

This book has a fun and absurd premise, which kept me entertained for the first half of the book. But the MCs needed more depth and a personality to explain why they decide to stay together (other than the bond)

From the first page, this book felt weirdly robotic without any flow and awkward conversations from the MCs, but I continued reading thinking it was going to get better. It didn't, the MCs continued having these repetitive scenes, with stilted conversations, and zero actual connection between them
