I can't give this book one star because it is still part of a series that I love very much.
And I love these characters and their lives.
I understand this is basically fanfic from Sarah herself but there were too many pages for not enough story. Especially since the main story had a pretty good ending in ACOWAR. Then again, maybe, if Cassian and Nesta were the main characters and the book had showed more of their story I would have liked it better than just more days of Feyre and Rhysand (I still love those two though).
I also know this book is just the set up for the next one, but then this could have been a 100 pages novela or just some only digital version for hardcore fans. Don't get me wrong, I love knowing more about the characters I love and I am going to read any small text the author is going to public but I started this book thinking it was something else.
