Doll Face by Sadie Grubor

Doll Face deserves so much more than 5 stars!
Doll Face is THE definition of a dark read romance! The cover had caught my eye but NOTHING prepared me for the addicting words that Sadie has written. Filled with some 100% steamy scenes (like no joke, I was fanning myself a lot) and enough darkness that it satisfied my twisted preferences, this story legit would not let me put it down and had me pulling an all-nighter just to finishing reading (prepare yourselves for a book hangover you’ll willingly give yourself). Doll Face is definitely in my top 5 favorite dark romances of the year! HIGHLY, HIGHLY (can’t stress that enough) recommend reading for the dark/twisted romance lovers out there!

A Game of Vampires by Caroline Peckham

A Game of Vampires is my first read by Caroline Peckham and I have to say I was not disappointed. AGOV is the prequel to the Vampire Games and is set about 100 years before the Vampire Games and kept me interested from start to finish. It’s a wonderful mix of paranormal and romance that will definitely have many readers enjoying the story. Reading this little insight has me wanting to read the entire series just to read more about the vampire games!

Matteo is a great dark romance read that definitely deserves 5 stars! Not only was it emotionally well written (bawled like a baby sometimes) it has the right amount of dark to satisfy any dark/dark romance lover. I finished Matteo in about maybe 3 hours and wouldn’t let me sleep until I finished it because, seriously, it will sink it’s dark and twisted claws into you and won’t let you go. Ginger Talbot has given us readers another great story to read!

Unspoken is the prequel to a new series and HOLY FREAKING CRAP, IT IS AMAZING!! You get a glimpse into Reds mind and while it is disturbing, you can’t help but to feel sad for how he was brought up and to keep reading. Kailee did such an amazing job giving us a tease to her new series and I can’t wait for Hey Pretty to come out!

Once again N. Heinz has blown me away with her writing style. Deadly Persuasion was so good I couldn't put it down. It had the perfect mix of romance and a hint of darkness! I can honestly say Deadly Persuasion is in my Top 10 reads for this year!
