Loved the narration of this excellent sort story. Such an interesting concept to think about, and really nicely explored in such a short story. I really enjoyed this.

I'll admit I bought this book for its cover. No regrets!
This book gave me 'Willy Wonka on Shutter Island' vibes. Some parts of this were completely unhinged. It felt like a mystery and gothic YA horror got spun around on a haunted ferris wheel that spat me out onto a board game. It was pretty amazing. And confusing.
It was a wild ride and I really enjoyed it. The artwork throughout was also such a great touch that helped me feel a part of the mystery/game.
