Very much enjoy this series - it was great to dive into the first book again with the standalone series spinoff now out. It’s a series I always recommend

Had to give this one a hands down 5 stars cause I laughed so hard I cried MULTIPLE times. I feel it’s rare for a second book to exceed the expectations of a first book but LOVE THIS.

Incredibly intense - read it in a day. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is cause some parts were tough to get through and I got annoyed by how many times I had to read about the stupid chocolate bar in an alcove.

Enjoyed the first book in this series more -

felt like there was a hidden pregnancy trope/breeding kink in here a bit. Not really my cup of tea

The plot moved along but it

once again was the same set up of four challenges where the heroine has to prove herself.

I enjoyed it and the little twist at the end was interesting. Likely to read the next book but not in a rush for it to get here.
