While perhaps not reaching the same heights as The Ministry for the Future (an all-time favorite of mine), Red Moon is another fantastic novel from Robinson—a story centered around the colonization of the
Moon and the tumultuous state of affairs on Earth—an adventure story concerned with ideas and systems and power. Highly recommended.

The supernatural hoodoo is cranked up to 11 as Pendergast, along with some familiar friends, race against time (in more ways than one) to find out what is draining victims of all their blood. Also, D. B. Cooper is along for the ride. Another wide, genially loopy page turner in the long running series.

Loopier than the first book of the series. Fast-paced, globe-hopping, G-6 flying, knife-wielding, gun-toting, tea pouring, yippie-ky-A hoodoo. Bloody (literally) good fun.

Genial and thoroughly entertaining snapshots from dozens of the writer’s collection of journals.

Suitably sarcastic and bloody. Part Jack Reacher. Part John Wick. Ben Koenig is a ghost, but don’t go after the people he loves.

Globe-hopping spy hoodoo. Car-chases, billions at stake, and theirs a same. There’s always a dame. Loopy but fun.
