Absolutely amazing. The limited plot is fantastic and well executed with twists and surprises. The pet cameos are cute, the friends are great, the relationship between the mc's is so cute and well done. The smut is top-tier and actually shows their relationship and gives depth. JAH is quickly becoming one of my fave authors

Another great book. Needs some editing, but the characters keep you reading and the mysteries keep you hooked. Ends on another wild cliffhanger and I'm so excited to read the conclusion.

Such an incredible duet! It was so stressful at times, particular towards the end, but.. yeah, wonderful story. The poetic language is incorporated SO well. The relationship between Elspeth and Nightmare is both fascinating and funny. I so very much recommend this duet

Even though the voice of Thadred is.. bad.. he is definitely my favorite character.  The story has book 2 syndrom and is basically one long story with worldbuilding and traveling. Don't get me.wrong, it's a good book. Interesting world, terrible villains, cool lore. I do recommend the series. The travel book concept is just not much my thing. I like how it deviates from a lot of boring tropes.

This book was amazing. Not a great start, with too much focus on creative ways to describe erections. However, you quickly get to know the ghosts and love them. The murder mystery is something I was easily invested in. The plot was intriguing and I cried my heart out at the end, then rushed to buy the second one.

Yes, the critisicm has value, but Bree leaves for 5 years and comes back and then everything changes beteeen them. It's not a gradual thing. I strongly recommend.

The ending pulled a LOT of weight in making it 4 stars. I do recommend it. The plot, the premise, the characters. All great. The fact that she never, and I do mean never, eats, annoys me so hard. There are several meals that she just straight up never touches. At the begging it was for 40 hours straight. It pulled my focus.
Names are weird.
Something happens at the end that is just written so seamless and beautiful!

This book was amazing. No repetitive argument from the secpnd book. Made me cry several times. Definitely needs a significantly bigger character list as it can be confusing at first. But a strong, big universe and high stakes. Lots of action. I highly recommend the audiobook. Funnier than the others.
