Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi

A cozy read but I found it to be a bit slow and dull at times. Also, I had quite a hard time remember all the character named and how they were all connected.

Love the manner it's written in. Took some time to get used to it but it was a great exprience reading it and I had a good time.

I'll defenitely have to re-read this one as I wasn't paying much attention at first and was quite confused, which affected reading the rest of the book too. I think I'm going to like it more if I read it properly.

Big Mushy Happy Lump by Sarah Andersen

I loved the first book, and I love this one as well. And just as before, I find her so relatabe! It's gonna feel so nostalgic to read this book again in a few years. I think the first book made me laugh a lot (a bit too much in fact) but this is better in it's own ways. This second book is structured more like short stories, whereas the first book was more like random stuff happening around her, with her, or her own experiences with things. I don't mind any of them. And honestly, I wouldn't be able to pick a favorite even if I tried to.

I enjoyed my time reading this through and through and I'm excited to read the third one.

Adulthood Is a Myth by Sarah Andersen

I've never read any other comics like this. Especially, something this relatable. (Well, not that I've read many books in the frist place.)

As a fellow introvert (high-five if you're in the same league) and still in high-school, this comic hits very close to home. No liking people for no reason, not watching to talk, social awkwardness, lazing all day long, overthinking—all of these are potrayed in a way that I can relate to so much. Also as an artist (or rather, just another person who draws a lot), I can confirm that the art related skits in this books are very accurate.

I've never written a "My thougts" kind of thing ever before so I'm pretty sure this sucks but it'll be a nice thing to look back on. Anyways, I absolutely loved the book, and I'm definitely gonna read the other three.

Herding Cats by Sarah Andersen

I've already said much in the previous two "thoughts" on the previous two books. I love it. It felt like she was expression a lot more of her own experiences in this one compared to the previous books, which was fun to read. One thing that annoys me about her comics is that it makes me laugh and smile a bit to much... I'm not used to it... I feel super depressed after I finish reading them...
