I get the feeling this book would have been a great movie but as it is it lacks a lot...

I ended up skipping the last third just to find out how it ends. By that point I'd already gotten sick of the prose. For a thriller not a lot of interesting action stuff is going on!

Not enough description, especially of characters, if which there are way too many. If you actually think about the science stuff it stops working. This is especially true about the App stuff.

The Last Nanny In Manhattan by K. Sterling
Did not finish book.

Now some of its because it turns out I just dont like the tropes. But the bigger thing was that except for the leads, no one seemed to talk like a regular person and that got really weird. Like they were just cardboard cut outs of what was needed for a scene.
