i absolutely loved this book! it was a perfect small town romance with witty side characters and a charming plot. i loved the dynamics between all of the characters and felt as though the book flowed really nicely. i cried so many times throughout this book and i feel like that encapsulates how easy it was to connect to the various characters. the development of the relationship between sage and fisher was so smooth, i really enjoyed it!
however, if we don’t get a book about ellis and wren i will be very upset !!

i absolutely love sarah morgan novels and this was another brilliant one! i adore how her books follow individual characters on intertwining journeys. the female relationships portrayed in this novel and her other work draw me into the books and the romance is the cherry on top. sarah morgan has definitely become a comfort author for me and i will always pick up a book by her no matter what.

an absolutely gorgeous read. from start to finish i was captivated and didn’t want to put it down. all of the characters were so loveable and easy to identify with. i cried so many tears. SO MANY. my first 5 star read of May!! it’s been a while since i connected with a book so wholeheartedly like i did with this.

this was such an adorable read! the romance was slow burn but the pace of the book was quite fast overall. it’s a short book so a very easy read!

this book solidified that tarah dewitt is a hit or miss for me. i loved rootbound but just couldn’t connect as much with this one, it felt like it was missing something. i have the savor it arc so i’m looking forward to seeing how that one goes

as much as i thought the writing style and pacing was good, plot-wise this book just wasn’t for me. the entire time i felt like it was going to end up being a story where she realises how much better she can do but that wasn’t the case. they were separated for the entire book and get back together and engaged on the same day?? it was just all over the place
i feel like the saving grace for this book wouldn’t been a dual pov. if we saw joe’s side of things from the beginning the experience would have been so much different

this was such a cute and enjoyable read. the pacing was perfect and i really liked the writing style. it is a single pov from the mmc’s perspective.
the book is about clara and henry who have reunited after 7 years since university. they are working on a project together at clara’s pharmaceutical firm and pick up right where they left off.
the development of their romance was really sweet and i loved that he fell first. this has similar vibes to the love hypothesis but is definitely unique in itself.
overall such a cute and quick read, i really enjoyed it!
