Some of the book in this set have been hit or miss . Again I did not read anything more than the title and went in blind to see how the author would do this . It's interesting and the author definitely gave some interesting visual descriptions . Not sure I will look at sesame Street letters the same way  again 
So enjoyment was high, some of the story just made me giggle. Why I gave it 4.25 , that being said it's definitely snack ( pink cotton candy ) not a meal . However it's hard to get a short book to were you feel full. Very good more my vibe then some of the other sto ies  in this set..

Was looking for a genre shift to clear way for my next TBR book. Quick, and well write. Well adding this book to my tracking apps I saw there is a history killer of the same name so will be looking that up now too .

I skipped the first two books to compare this to other story's about Ursula. It's very good and I might move it to a 5 start after I listen to the first two books as I feel I was missing some back story of some events. That being said I did under what was happening and never fully left lost in the story. Just that I might not have all the information. As they do reference the other two books .

The cover art is what got me to start this book. I knew it was horror and was reading for a change in stories currently. It's well written, but I guess the ending was just a bit off for me. The little short Halloween story at the end was very cute but I was also waiting for chaos and death as the story before but was.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 34%.

Main female was not enjoyable. Felt she did not go with her history. As a person that was in those kind of relationships what she was doing just rubbed me the wrong way .

Did not finish book. Stopped at 55%.

Just could not get with this story I read it just to see what they did for this one but it's just to off putting. And I have read about pumpkins becoming alive and doing stuff but this one's just so odd .

Well this a very quick read. It was fun and enjoyable. If your reading this for the smut you will find that mostly in the last half . The first half is world building and character information. Smut wise I would give it a good 4 peppers as not just once and also definitely more kink then other books I have read with any smut currently. It's funny. Death and Love as the character names was a bit hard to get with at first then it was just normal. The miss information only last as long as it takes for one of their friends/ co workers to be yo stop being so stupid. I really enjoyed the world building. I am not sure why it's not 5 stars maybe because I was set to read book two but that explains you needed this book first to really understand the world . I get that . So maybe it's just because I want st Paddy's day not Valentine's Day. Again the surgery is fantastic and in those 100 ish pages she really did give me world building and character.

I loved this book and it was a 5 star until I got to about 85 % in, it dragged out. And the 3rd act drama was horrible. I was worried about Sully since, 74 % when all the Happy was all good and no drama. Yet . I know the us Two point pov but I really had issues with the end drama and how fast they made it all good to then jump into the wrap up . 
I understand the link they made between Jaz and Sawyer with that drama  but just sat wrong afterwards. Also I would have liked a short for Jaz and his brother not oh look wedding.

Listen to this book through my library app. My dad instilled in me a great drive and love to learn history. I do enjoy any books that the person they are about reads them. Very quick but full of information.
