I love Demi's pieces. Her drawings bring the humor out in the didactic stories she retells! All her stories are pretty much retellings of ancient classics. They are full of great, humorous insight on wisdom and life.
Much enjoyed reading this one. I thought it would be kind of lame since it's about zombies with low-quality illustrations; however, it had a great lesson about finding someone for you. I liked the basic plot and the funny nuggets here and there in the illustrations!
As a cat lover and owner, this book is so full of truth! Cat owners and young children will love the funny adjectives and picture uses in the book. The end leaves you warm and fuzzy, missing your own kitty cat at home!
The illustrations are my favorite part. I don't really like the story line (it's rather straight and boring) however it is still cute and made me laugh. As a reader, I thought it was great, as an educator, I'd say it was alright.
Great illustrations with vibrant colors like the cover. Each page introduces another instrument. At the end, all the instruments together create a chamber orchestra. This book is great for math integration with counting from 1 to 10.
