The book is pretty good at informing kids about many important things they can do all on their own. It doesn't really talk about eating much. It leaves out important details about diet and the meat and dairy industry, how raising more animals creates more pollution than all the transportation vehicles in the world combined. It dances around truth but still gives some good tips and information.
