Kristin Hannah is a good author! Tbh I'm glad I watched the show before reading the book because they changed a lottttt and I feel like I would've hated the show if I'd read first lol

This book was random. Had I read it I could see myself either having interpreted things more seriously orrrr finding it even more cheesy or as cheesy and less likable bc I don't have the cast of narrators. If it weren't dolly I would prob do a lower rating but she's genuinely the queen and I enjoyed her and her words so so much but the sorry was just all over lol

This was compiled and presented really really well. I do kinda wish I'd read it because there was a lot that was hard to follow with the overlap of people/situations, but still really enjoyed it and learned a lot ab it!

Tbh the only time I really cared about anything and felt emotional was really when the dragons were involved. Idk.... not for me, but I do think the narrator had a lot to do w it unfortunately

Reduced my rating because as I reminisce about this book I think of more things I disliked ab it lol

Liked some parts much more than others. I was LOVING it at first then was feeling kind of meh and then starting liking it more. Overall I liked it a lot but it started stronger than it finished for me

Ummm I'm not sure I understood this. I either didn't understand it or it was really underwhelming.... 😳 I did really like the voice of the author but the story just....?

Honestly I loved this so much! It was a perfect balance of fun, cute, emotional. Idk if it's genuinely a 5 star read but it's one of my favorites in a while! 100% recommend

I truly did not like this book. I literally laughed out loud at the end bc I was like what was that...!?!?! Like I feel like the author is good at some points but the story was so off for me. Like the characters seemed inconsistent, the pacing was off, storyline was off. It felt like things happened off screen which is very weird to me? Also at one point they try to get one of the characters to drink more so he'll be nicer to and less judgmental of another character? Like... huh? Spoiler alert.... it made him more confrontational.

Sorry I do not get all the hype around this one. It was just like... so weird and random and pretty bad???
