Accidental by Alex Richards

There was a lot of potential felt that could have come from accidental, but I feel as though it kind of felt flat. It was a mix of things dragging on to not dragging on enough.
Johanna, she was insufferable as i’ve even seen others say. At some points I kind of was forgetting she was supposed to be the MC because sympathy was felt, but she was so selfish and rude at times. A lot of the same stuff was repeated over and over again, it got boring.
The romance wasn’t felt between Jo and Milo. I felt like it was kind of just thrown in there for a sake of a romance.
I liked the conclusion with her father though, because it’s interpreted up to us to how they ever resolve things if they do. The last chapter is where it really felt emotional even a little bit out of the whole book.
The gun violence aspect was I thought written great. Overall, making it an okay book.
