The first story was a little slow, but after we met the manager and the staff, the story went flying! I really liked learning about different characters, all of them felt fleshed out, personally I love the cat and Tahinis relationship.
Overall it is a very fun cosy horror manga, and I can't wait to continue

Having read Camp Damscus I was excited going into this book. I'm a little disappointed however, the beginning was great until the 100 page mark. I liked how tense it was and the characters seemed solid until then.
After that point everything felt... easy? Like it just seemed to go from a problem to solving, to b problem to solving. The stakes weren't there like in the beginning, and the messaging was a little in your face.
Also, im a big fan of scifi, but the reveal had me wanting ALOT more

I really loved this, the art style blew me away, with all the small details of the flowers and the clothing making the world feel very lived in.
I do think that I would have liked to see more of Anya and the older moth keepers relationship, especially since Anya didn't have parents it would have been good to see more of their bond, as it felt like Anya was thrown into the deep end of their Job immediately.
But other than that I loved this whole story, love the use of mythology and stories as a way of communication and the theme of lost time.
Grief and feeling lost
It was an amazing story
