The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath
Did not finish book. Stopped at 57%.

what’s supposed to be a “masterpiece” or “work of art” is lacklustre and boring. full of racism and boring prose, plath managed to create an absolute snooze fest. the first half was somewhat decent but her writing gets progressively more and more repetitive and obnoxious as the story goes on. there is nothing worth reading in this book.
