Thank you PRHAudio for the free audiobook!

This was a fun YA! Readers are immersed in the world of elite tennis through the perspectives of three teen girls. Alice, grappling with grief and uncertainty after the loss of her father and coach, Violetta, navigating the pressures of being a social media influencer and living up to her mother's expectations, and Leylah, determined to prove herself on the court despite family resistance and personal setbacks.

Set against the backdrop of the Bastille Invitational Tennis Tournament, each girl faces her own challenges and struggles. Alice questions whether tennis still holds a place in her life without her father, Violetta wrestles with the future her mother envisions for her, and Leylah fights to overcome obstacles and prove her worth as a professional athlete.

As the girls navigate their individual journeys, themes of friendship, ambition, and self-discovery emerge. Through their experiences, readers are invited to explore topics such as grief, identity, and the pursuit of dreams.

Thanks to Ana for the ARC! Being part of Ana's ARC team has been such a blast!

I fell hard for the first book in the King of Sin series, King of Wrath, and now with King of Pride and King of Greed behind us, we've got King of Sloth—and let me tell you, this book is scorching hot! I didn't think a book could dethrone my love for King of Wrath but, here was are.

Xavier and Sloane take the spotlight this time, and wow, Xavier stole my heart. He's not just your typical party-rich boy; he cares deeply and fiercely, making Sloane feel like the queen she is. There's a fun twist on the bodyguard trope, she's not his bodyguard per se, but she helps keep him in line. Ana writes these billionaire characters with such sex appeal, and the chemistry between Xavier and Sloane practically sizzles off the pages. Watching Xavier pine for Sloane and then finally win her over was pure satisfaction.

But beyond the steamy romance, King of Sloth also delves into themes of ambition, family expectations, and personal growth. Sloane's determination and Xavier's evolution as a character add depth to their story, making it not just about passion but about emotional connection and self-discovery.

Now we patiently wait for the next book. Knowing we are getting 3 more (King of Envy, King of Lust and King of Gluttony I presume) has a hold on me.

Wells Whitaker, once golf's rising star, has hit rock bottom. But his biggest mistake was letting his fangirl, Josephine Doyle, walk away. Determined to turn his game around, he proposes an unconventional plan: she becomes his new caddy. As they spend time together on and off the green, sparks fly, and Wells starts winning again. But with their complicated dynamic, is a romance between them even possible?

This was my first dive into golf sport romance, and surprisingly, I didn't find it boring at all! I'm usually all about hockey, football, and baseball romances, so venturing into golf territory was new for me. I enjoyed the dynamic of she falls first, he falls harder, and the grump x sunshine trope always gets me. However, I did stumble a bit with how dependent he became on her towards the end. It felt a tad forced, but overall, I still loved the book and had a great time with it! Can't wait to see what's next, especially with her hockey romance on the horizon!

Thank you forever for both the eARC and the physical book! Lucy's got a double life: by day, she's the quiet, anxious teacher trying to keep it together, but by night, she's the confident, savvy advice-giver on Instagram. When her secret online persona catches the eye of her new coworker, Aldrich, things start to get interesting. What Lucy didn't expect was for Aldrich to be her online confidant all along. With their identities revealed, they've got to figure out if there's something real between them or if it's all just online chemistry.

I breezed through this one while lounging in a hammock, only pausing when the sun disappeared. Lucy's journey of balancing her two personas and navigating a budding romance with Aldrich was such a fun and sweet ride. It's a quick read that'll leave you with a smile on your face.

Thanks to Berkley and PRHAudio for the ARC!

I had the pleasure of both reading and listening to this book during my drive to Colorado, and it was a delightful experience. I'm a sucker for a good fake dating trope, especially when it involves the "he falls first" dynamic.

Vincent Rogers, a real astronaut, swoops into Amerie's life with an offer she can't refuse. He suggests she play the role of his doting partner for three months leading up to his big mission. In exchange, she gets a rent-free spot in his house to help her struggling business. But what starts as a simple arrangement gets real complicated real quick when Amerie starts catching feelings for Vincent's irresistible charm. We all know fake dating will lead to more!

This book is a heartwarming tale of love, risk, and seizing opportunities. Etta Easton weaves a captivating story filled with humor, romance, and genuine emotion, making it a delightful read for fans of the genre. I particularly appreciated how the book tackles tough topics such as sickle cell, family loss, and healing, which added depth and resonance to the story.

Many thanks to Penguin Random House Audio for the free book—I'm happy to provide my honest review!

I've discovered a newfound love for Hollywood romance stories, and this one certainly didn't disappoint. It's sweet, tension-filled, and sexually driven, with top-notch narrators that brought the story to life. However, I must admit, the third-act breakup is what frustrated me, miscommunication always gets me!

Emmy and Grayson had good chemistry was palpable, and I loved the dynamic of the story taking place on a movie set—it added an extra layer of fun. While I wasn't thrilled about the third-act breakup, I appreciated how things worked out in the end. Listening to the audiobook was a delight, thanks to the talented narrators who truly immersed me in the story.

"Princess of Air" by Natalie Cammaratta deserves a solid 5-star rating in my book! This romantasy tale follows a princess endowed with powerful air magic as she competes against her siblings for the throne. Filled with witty banter, sibling rivalry, royalty, trials, love triangles, forbidden romance, and arranged marriages, this book kept me thoroughly engaged from start to finish.

While I'm not typically a huge romantasy reader, this story had me completely hooked. It evoked vibes reminiscent of "Avatar: The Last Airbender," but with a twist—here, the lead characters are siblings vying for the crown, adding an intriguing dynamic to the narrative.

The synopsis perfectly captures the essence of the book, teasing the fierce competition among the elemental siblings while hinting at the tantalizing romance and complex relationships that unfold throughout the story. Arabella's journey is one filled with tension, passion, and the weight of responsibility as she navigates the trials of royalty and love.

"Just for the Summer" by Abby Jimenez earned a solid 5 stars from me, and let me tell you, any book that can evoke happy tears deserves all the praise.

The story revolves around Emma, a traveling nurse with no intention of settling down, and Justin, who's about to become the guardian of his three younger siblings and is in desperate need of stability. Their unlikely connection begins when they both realize they share a curse: every person they date finds their soulmate immediately after breaking up. Their solution? Four dates, a kiss, and a breakup. Just for the summer.

From the moment I delved into the story with the Reddit AITA post, I was hooked. Time seemed to slip away as I immersed myself in Emma and Justin's journey. Their unconventional arrangement had me rooting for them from the start.

The synopsis perfectly encapsulates the essence of the book: a quirky, yet heartwarming romance set against the backdrop of a charming lakeside retreat. As Emma and Justin navigate unexpected challenges and responsibilities, their connection deepens, leading to genuine feelings that neither anticipated.

Jessica Joyce has once again delivered a captivating romance with 'Ex-Vows.' This second chance love story pulled at my heartstrings in all the right ways. Despite my usual hesitations with second chance romances, Jessica's nuanced portrayal of personal growth and redemption had me rooting for Eli and Georgia from the very beginning.

I appreciated the depth of emotion explored in this novel, especially surrounding themes of anxiety, mental health, and the importance of self-discovery. Eli and Georgia's journey felt authentic and relatable, making their rekindled romance all the more meaningful.

As always, Jessica's descriptive prose beautifully captures the essence of wine country, transporting readers to the picturesque backdrop of the story. Her writing is both evocative and heartfelt, making 'Ex-Vows' a truly memorable read.

I'm grateful to NetGalley and the Berkley Influencer Program for providing an ARC of this book. Jessica Joyce remains an auto-buy author for me, and I eagerly await her next release. And can we talk about that 'paper rings' reference? Pure perfection!

This is currently my favorite Emily Henry book yet. TRULY MY FAVORITE. I laughed, gasped and teared up a little. And of course loved the HEA.

The journey of Daphne and Miles coming together was absolutely delightful. Both having lost their significant others (one a fiancé and the other a girlfriend) to each other, they find solace in their childhood friendship blossoming into something more.

Daphne's decision to move in with Miles after uprooting her life for her ex-fiancé, Pete, was both heartwarming and relatable. Witnessing Daphne transition from counting down the days until she could leave to eagerly anticipating their next adventure together was a joy to experience. Watching her fall in love again, find someone who truly cares for her, and discover a newfound family with Miles was incredibly touching.

As for Miles, his scruffy and chaotic nature, paired with a love for heartbreak ballads, provided the perfect contrast to Daphne's practical and buttoned-up demeanor. Despite their differences, their friendship blossoms over shared sorrows and a plan to navigate their predicament.

The synopsis perfectly captures the essence of the story: two individuals navigating unexpected twists of fate, forming an unlikely friendship, and embarking on a journey filled with humor, heart, and a touch of romance. Emily Henry masterfully weaves a tale of love, friendship, and self-discovery against the backdrop of Waning Bay, Michigan. Overall, "Funny Story" is a must-read for anyone who enjoys heartwarming contemporary romances with a healthy dose of humor and charm.
