This is a wonderfully sweet romance that I thoroughly enjoyed! What sets this book apart is its refreshing lack of the typical third-act breakup drama, allowing readers to  enjoy the story of uninterrupted love.

One of the standout aspects of this story is how Charlotte gets to live her best life. From a charming condo to an unexpected and attractive roommate, a perfect internship, her love for books, a successful gala, and even tender care when she's sick, Charlotte's life seems like a dream come true. This story is all about the little joys and comforts of life that make it truly beautiful.

If you're in the mood for a fast, cozy, and heartwarming romance read this is the perfect choice for you. It's a delightful escape into a world of love and happiness without drama!

Thank you Berkley for the ARC in exchange for my honest reivew!

The Breakup Tour is an absolute delight and deserves every bit of its 5-star rating from me! If you're a fan of Taylor Swift's music and the idea of watching two souls who were meant to be together fall back in love, then this book is for you!

The story revolves around Riley Wynn, a singer-songwriter who becomes a superstar overnight thanks to her breakup song concept album. When her ex-husband claims that her hit song is about him, Riley decides to reconnect with Max Harcourt, her college boyfriend who was the real inspiration behind the song of the summer. What follows is a heartwarming journey as Max and Riley navigate their rekindled relationship amidst the flurry of a state-wide tour.

The book brilliantly captures the essence of forced proximity, allowing readers to witness the sparks flying between the characters. Furthermore, it provides a fascinating glimpse into Riley's creative process, making you feel like you're right there in the studio as she writes her songs. The narrative is engaging, and the characters are fun and flawed.

As an easy-to-please reader, I found "The Breakup Tour" to be utterly captivating. It kept me hooked from the first page to the last, and I couldn't get enough of Max and Riley's story. This book is a wonderful blend of romance, music, and nostalgia, making it a must-add to your reading list.

This is a solid 5-star read that had me completely hooked. Alicia has a knack for creating relatable characters that make your heart do somersaults. We get to meet Chris, a pro baseball player, and Daphne, a temporary reporter for the team, and you won't be able to resist falling for them.

What I loved most about this book is how Alicia seamlessly weaves in the struggles men face when they feel the need to hide their negative emotions, grapple with panic attacks, and keep their vulnerabilities hidden. Daphne embodies that feeling of the panic of getting caught in a lie that just keeps getting deeper.

Throughout the story, I found myself on the edge of my seat, eagerly anticipating how it would all unravel, and which point would Chris find out. It happened in a way I was not how I expected but was so impactful to the moment.

Alicia's writing is smooth and easy to follow, and the emotions in the story hit you right in the feels. The relationship between Daphne and Chris is a perfect blend of forced proximity and workplace romance, with a whole lot of consent, making it a delightful read.

While the story touches on sensitive topics like suicide and divorce, it handles them with care, focusing more on how these experiences impact Daphne and Chris in their relationships.

Overall, a fantastic read with relatable characters, heartwarming emotions, and a sweet consensual romance that'll leave you with a big smile.
