Tender Is the Flesh by Agustina Bazterrica

3.5

3,5 because it's not my usual type of horror. The whole book was kinda flat, but I think that that was the authors intend to portray the message more clearly and get that disturbing and dystopian feeling(wich worked for me)
The beginning especially disturbed me, because it made me realise how horrible the meat industry can be, and by changing the victims from animals to humans you can especially see that more obviously.
I would definitely recommend this book even when it's not your usual read, because of the topics mentioned in it.

Probably would have been better if I had listened to the audiobook so you can hear the poems being spoken aloud.
