Fun, light-hearted read. I loved this book. An MMC who is obsessed with the FMC and great with her kids? Yes, please. The audiobook was well done too. This was also a super quick read (6.25 hrs for the audiobook at 1x speed)

I really enjoyed this story. Ace seems too perfectly "man written by a woman" to feel super believable, but I still loved reading about these characters.

So many of my questions were answered and so many more new questions came up. I am so excited for the next book. Natalia Hernandez can craft such an intricate, beautiful world and I loved how she interwove history into this novel. It was great getting the new POV as opposed to dialogue from that person telling us their story.

Fun, quick read. I enjoyed this and read it in a single day. I didn't want to put it down. It gave me such warm, cozy feelings while also having a touch of danger and of course spice.

Check triggers. This was a beautiful story. I loved the focus on mental health, consent, and healthy communication. Intrigue, politics, and romance.
