I love this series and I can't wait to own a physical copy of this one! I like how each book focuses on a specific aspect of F1 and this one about the circuits did not disappoint! I like how the author explains not only the history of the tracks but also provides an explanation for why some of them aren't used anymore for F1.
If you are an F1 fan, you need to check out this series!

I already knew going into this book that I would love it because it is written by Lex Croucher. I love this series that she is creating by reimagining legends. The first book is Gwen and Art Are Not in Love, which is a King Arthur retelling. Not For the Faint of Heart is a play on the Robin Hood myth with one of the main characters being his granddaughter. Mariel is a new caption of the Merry Men and struggles with trying to prove herself to her dad. When her band of Merry Men (they are shopping around for a new name to better represent them) kidnap the wrong person, Mariel must deal with the consequences.
Like all Lex Croucher books, Not For the Faint of Heart is full of humor and heart. The characters are lovable and their struggles are relatable, even if they are mainly in the woods during medieval times. In the Acknowledgements, Croucher talks about how this book was difficult for her to write, but her struggle definitely paid off. Per usual, I already can't wait for her next book!

This was my first book by Haruki Murakami and I can see why so many people like him. Murakami's writing is beautiful as he weaves deep stories about people, their grief, and relationships to each other. The slow pace coupled with the short chapters makes this an excellent read to curl up with on a cold winter day.
The Afterword reveals that this was a novel long in the making and Murakami explains the structure of the story.
The City and Its Uncertain Walls is a story that stays with you and I will be thinking about it for a long time.

I have been waiting for Emily J. Taylor's next release since The Hotel Magnifique! I love the worlds she creates and The Otherwhere Post is no exception!
The Otherwhere Post begins when Maeve receives an anonymous letter telling her that her father was innocent. Now, Maeve must infiltrate the Otherwhere Post and learn who sent her the letter in order to clear her father's name of the greatest tragedy to happen in her world.
Full of dark academia vibes and magic, The Otherwhere Post once again proves Taylor's craft at creating stories full of twists and her expertise in world building.

This YA romance set in the world of street racing is exciting! There are so many twists and turns that every time you think the characters are finally settled, something new happens. I appreciate that each character is well-developed, even the members of Leti's crew. The author shows her skill at crafting a deeply emotional story while still keeping her characters hopeful and believing in each other.
