I wish I could give this book 10 stars because in my opinion 5 isn't enough to express the love I have for this book now. Will I ever be able to move on? Probably not no but that's okay. Michelle in my opinion has such a way with words, she told her story as is, no sugarcoating, straight to the point yet so captivating. Her writing is one anyone can relate to in one way or another. Grief, loss, bonding over food and culture, fitting in, feeling lost and I can keep going. I've ne er sobbed more uncontrollably reading a book and I've never relatedmore to some of the things she said. Highly recommend the audiobook too as it heightened my reading experience and made me empathise so much more.

I think this one takes second place in my top 5 Ali Hazelwood books. I hated and I mean it, passionately despised Levi at the beginning. Got to know him and my whole view on him flipping. He had depth!!! Love it. Just the fact that I could relate to a lot he was saying and a lot of the things he went through as a character made him dear to me. He will live next to Gus Everett from Beach Read by Emily Henry. That says a lot.

Loved the plot, the side plots were all so nicely running alongside the main plot and the little twist (it was a doozy) at the end all came together so well at the end. Felt satisfied, warm and cozy after finishing this.

What a roller coaster ride. I wasn't as invested at the start, got 60% into the audiobook and my interest peaked. That's when I got emotionally attached and super interested in finding out what's gonna happen next. The most interesting part of this yo me was the character development of Coriolanus Snow. I was obsessed all throughout and in the last 20% I started questioning his existence, actions basically just everything about him. The ending...wow, is all. Wow.

Expected nothing less from Coriolanus Snow

Wow. Culty and witchy. The perfect combination that simply cries out "Read Me Now" I was slightly lost and super confused up until 30% into the book. So much was happening, jumping between strange sightings, death and a new magical forest, a coven and soooo much more. I definitely wasn't expecting a full on religious cult but after getting halfway through the book the plot started to come together and things started making sense. The rage was real, I hated every single man in this book. I rooted for the witches but couldn't find myself growing emotionally attached to any of them. Some of the culty scenes were so weird and just unsettling and my god did I question everything. In the end I enjoyed reading it and was entertained.
