This book just took my hand, made me feel secure, thinking it's gonna be a lovely light read. It then yanked me into a tunnel, tore my heart into bits, made me feel like things were getting better.
Wrong, it dragged me deeper into the tunnel at full speed, made me cry and then slowly put me back together. Piece by piece, everything started to make sense again, clarity appeared and I was given a hug, and I hugged back because that's what Charlie deserves.
A hug.
That's what I'd like to give to this book in the hopes that the hug is permanently engraved into it and that he'll remember me as many times as I'll remember him

The detail in the writing is something that I've never experienced when reading a book. Truly an eye opener, with a balance between it being highly emotiona and enlightening. I can't count all the times I had to stop reading to process what I just read. Truly an experience to read.

Hooked from start to finish! This book right here had me laughing, angry, on the brink of tears and ready to throw hands.
The characters are as lovable as I remember them to be and Apollo'scharacter development!? Amazing. One moment you laugh at him and the Arrow of Dedona and at some point all I wanted to do was punch the guy.
The same as all Rick Riordan books the plot just thickens and turns whenever a chance is given. Yes I had some foreshadowing take place too and I started to predict the plot near the middle but it was still an absolute blast to read
