This book was really quite action packed. It was full of kick ass female leads who show some major vampire evil who's boss. There are very few steamy scenes and it is very pg rated but it's still a good read!
I did not enjoy this book as much as the first one in the series. I don't know if it was maybe to predictable or just didn't have enough action or what but I found it a little bit boring and tedious to read. I really enjoyed the first one though and because of that I am going to give the third book a try.
This third instalment of this series was much better than the second! Once again i fell in love with the characters and the plot of this story. This book had tons of action and lots of romance and kept my interest all the way through. Really a very good, quick read. I fully reccomend the series for anyone who loves sci fi/ paranormal romances.
I found the characters in this story unbelievable and flat. Maybe even a tad annoying. I found myself constantly rolling my eyes at the dialogue and general unbelievable-ness of the story. I know that a romance is supposed to be a little far fetched and unrealistic but I really could not get into this one. I also found the writing to be a little on the diary of a lovestruck teenage girl side which was a huge turn off for me as it made the main character, Emma, seem whiny, self absorbed and indecisive.
Pretty good story to this novel. I really enjoyed the female lead. She is strong and kind. This book is more about the romance then the sex as the sex scenes are fairly PG but I did really enjoy this book and finished it really quickly.
Hot Highlanders, kidnapping, secrets, fighting, and a hasty wedding! Great book!
Great book! Rollins never disappoints. This book was a fast paced, action loaded thriller with a dash of a hinted at romance. This book is well researched, planned and executed. I really couldn't ask for anything better! Can't wait for the next sigma force novel!
Pretty good story. The characters were believable and you were rooting for them throughout the book. I would have given this book four stars but there was so much swearing and derogatory slang that it took a little bit away from the story for me.
