Miles, who owns a magical pest company, and is known for his humane catch and release policy, gets called into remove a gnome infestation at a ginormous mansion. The kicker? Miles is terrified of gnomes!

With the aid of his former high school crush turned neighbor, Winter, who just so happens to work for a rival pest control company, the two uncover a curse on the house that has turned the normally docile gnomes into angry little psychos.

Honestly, this was seriously so cute and fun! Miles and Winter were precious, and I loved that their story was a blend of sweet romance and magical mystery.

Cannot wait for more of this series!

Oof, this is a tough one.

Overall, I really loved Noel and Luca's story, but ending pissed me off to no end and now I'm just rage filled hahahaha

Oof!!! Broken Highway hit me straight in the feels. It’s raw and gritty and not at all what I expected.

After renting a cabin on the lake to escape her cheating ex and shitty family, the last thing Lily expects is to find herself caught in the midst of a monstrous pissing match where she is the prize.

Hot Monster Summer was short, sweet, and oh so steamy!

Pretty sure SJ did not intend for me to cry as much as I did while reading this, cause lord knows I went in expecting a sexy fun time but got smacked in the feels instead.

After fleeing his hometown after the loss of his brother, Jesse returns to Charlottetown expecting the ghost of his brother's memory to haunt him at every turn. What he doesn't expect is running into and reconnecting with his former best friend Parker, or the way they both need each other as they learn to heal together.

I don't even know where to begin. This was just such an authentic and beautifully written but heavy story of love, loss, grief, and reconnection. Jesse and Parker both struggle under the weight of their grief, both dealing with it in such completely different ways, and their healing journeys as they moved forward put me through the wringer.

CW: themes of grief, discussions of a parent’s death from cancer, descriptions/discussions of a sibling’s death due to suicide.

4.5 ⭐

Was Fallon a whiny asshole for most of this book? Yes.
Did she finally pull her head out of her ass? Also yes. Thank fuck.
Did I still love this despite wanting to strangle her dumb ass? Yeah, yeah I did.

House of Pounding Hearts is definitely a faster paced and a quicker read that the first. Lore is still my favorite character by far, but Phoebus is a pretty close second.

AND THAT ENDING!!!?!?!?!!??!!

The Sleepover was such a quick and fun read, and chock full of my favorite tropesβ€”step-siblings, forbidden romance, accidental pregnancy (it’s a guilty pleasure, don’t judge me!).

If you’re looking for an easy read with lots of steam, this will do the trick!
