What an amazing wide ride! Everything I'm looking for in a fantasy book. Strong female lead, sassy males, spying, training scenes, love, betrayal, and everything in between. I'm scrambling for the next one.

Well, that was heartbreaking, but also an amazing story of resilience. I would recommend this book to anyone who has experienced loss which is nearly everyone.

I'm so impressed with this novella about Darius. It is incredibly sad of course, but the ending was different than what I was expecting.

This book is all about the recovery from breaking free of your abuser. The realizations of just how deep the gaslighting went and to every facet of Auren's psyche. Auren spends the beginning half of this book recovering physically and mentally from what happened in Gleam. Slade does everything he can to be there for her, but she has to do the healing herself.

The second half of this book really delves into the political ramifications of what happened at the end of Gleam. Auren is still being cast as the villian even though King Midas used and abused her for years. The public see her as the jilted and jealous ex lover, while she's anything but. The public eye can be cruel to true victims, when the true abusers appear as the martyrs due to their money and previous social status. Auren is definitely a victim in this way also.

I can't wait to see how Slade and Auren's arc is completed! There are two more in this series.

Very short novella showing where the confrontational duo continue their relationship. With some beautiful French countryside thrown in.

This book took me a long time to finish. I don't have much time to actually sit and read. Most of the time I can listen to an Audiobook. However, this book was very good. A great enemies to lovers story with ancient secrets, a really old castle, and a female blacksmith that likes to swing weapons around. I would definitely read this book again along with both of the other books in this series.

This book was absolutely adorable, and short and sweet. When two nerds meet through NASA and one of them is a super hunky, tall redheaded, you have me sold. Plus there's a antarctic mission involved. I would definitely reread this book.

Short and sweet romance with the two leading couples. The sex scenes are divine, and the setting is in Las Vegas. It's all you could want in a novella.

The Christina Lauren team has again blown in out of the water. I know I have found my new favorite author. After the first two books (plus novellas) completely captivated me, I thought for sure the 3rd book wasn't going to do it for me. Usually 3rd books are really terrible in my opinion. This one was not at all terrible. In fact, it left me wanting more. I will definitely be reading all of the Christina Lauren backlist.

This book was an adorably fast novella. Where grumpy meets grumpy under one roof where they are forced to live together. They spend the first part of the book at each others throats, but then realize they have way more in common than they thought. I would definitely read this again.
