there was a point in this book where I told myself I wasn't going to continue the series after I finished this one, but wow after that ending I totally am. I am not very on board with Gabe as a love interest though, but I am interested to see how his character develops.

I'm not sure what it was about this book, but it never fully grabbed me and never fully had my attention. The pacing felt off to me in a lot of places. The story is good, the writing is fine, but idk it just didn't hit the way I thought it would and wanted it to. I probably will not continue the series.
