I’m legit at a loss for words. Every time I thought I knew what was coming, this book threw me off completely. It’s the perfect mix of horror, thriller, and spice, and it had me on edge the whole time—literally screaming at some parts. If you’re a Scream fan, you need to read this. And that ending?! I need more now!

Ahhh, I loved this. It was a slow build for me, but in the best way. I don’t have much to compare it to, but I couldn’t stop reading. Cecilia’s struggles having to hide who she is, bury her emotions, and act untouchable. Which she does perfectly. Then she walks back into Ronan’s life… and just when you think that’s enough, here come Santos and Mateo to shake things up even more. I ate this up and can’t wait to start book 2 because that ending!

So glad I went into this blind. It’s been sitting on my TBR forever, and I have no clue why I put it off—but oh my god, I’m glad I finally read it. It’s not like the usual stalker romances I’ve picked up, but I loved every second of it. Hayden’s obsession with Calista? Perfection. He’s so needy for her, and I ate that up. And that ending?? I can’t wait to jump into book 2.

This wasn’t bad, but I gotta be honest—I was confused and lost at times. What I did love was that it’s told from the MMC’s POV. I’m a sucker for a good stalker, psychological vibe with that "touch her and die" trope, and this had all of that. But... it just didn’t fully hit the spot for me. It does end on a cliffhanger, so if that’s your thing, maybe you’ll vibe with it more.

If I thought book one wrecked me, this one straight-up destroyed me. Brooklyn’s past isn’t just haunting her—it’s dragging her down, ripping her apart piece by piece. She’s broken, fighting for herself and the men who’ve become her everything. The pain, the chaos, the way it all hurts, ugh I felt every bit of it. And that ending? Oh. My. God. I need book three right now.

I can’t believe this is the end. This trilogy was everything dark, intense, and i couldn’t put it down, I became so invested. Brooklyn fought so damn hard to protect her men, and they fought just as hard to prove she’s more than the monster she was made to believe she was. Their journey of healing, letting go, and finally becoming who they were meant to be. And to destroy everything that stood in their way, and tried to take them down.
This has so many plot twists. I never knew what was coming next. I loved every minute of it, and I’ll always recommend it!
I’m left speechless and honestly don’t know what to say after this.

I don’t even know where to start. This book wrecked me. Brooklyn’s past is brutal, and being stuck in an institute, she’s convinced she’ll never be good enough for anything. She’s broken, hurting, and just done. Then Phoenix, Kade, Hudson, and Eli show up, each with their own demons, but somehow, they make her feel wanted, needed. The emotions in this book hit hard. I connected with Brooklyn in a way that felt almost too real. It’s dark, raw, and impossible to put down. And that ending? Absolutely destroyed me. I’m all in on this trilogy, bring on book 2!

Holy crap, I don’t even know where to start. Went in not knowing anything about it, and it was total chaos. Ashley’s out for blood once she figures out what really went down with her best friend, and she’s not playing. Twists were popping off left and right, had me on my toes the whole freaking time. I couldn't put this down. If you like books that mess with your head, this is it.

This was a sweet, slow-burn romance, but it was so much more. Miyo is such a sweet character to love, and watching her grow from someone who’s been beaten down her whole life into someone who finally gets to have something good was just ugh. And Kiyoka? I was so ready for him to be cold and heartless, but the way he actually cares…perfection!
I can’t wait to see what else is to come.

This is definitely one of my top Junji Ito books. There’s something about it that just sticks. The stories are weird in that perfect, eerie way. It’s got this quiet, haunting sadness under all the horror, and I was fully into it the whole time. Every story had me like, what did I just read? Definitely recommend.
