You can't convice me J.D. Salinger wasn't intoxicated or higher than a kite when he was writing this
Like
- Holden Caufield is the weird balance of a mature but immature individual
- He has a grasp on the unfairness of the world - how people are treated when they have money, good looks and charm.
- Unexpectedly funny and there were parts that made this to be an amusing read
- The last 2 chapters I liked and wrapped it up in a strangely nice way
Dislike
- The writing style killed me
We followed 16 year old and had a look into his thinking and how everything sucks
- Some parts were amsuing but this short read wasn’t really interesting. On the boring side
- Probably need an English class to discuss everything to get a deeper meaning out of it than a causal read

I've read darker and more twisted books so in a horrible way... I am more immune to the terrors in this read
Like:
- Liked the idea behind this book and reasoning shared for the actions of the main character
- Nearing the end, the pacing was excellent in building up this panic feeling
Dislike
- It just felt meh throughout and I had a very flat plot line

I love this book with all my heart and the endings GOT ME SCREAMING
Love
- Everything. It was perfection. The pacing, the plot, the characters 🤌 EVERYTHING
- I have said it before where I slot this series in with the Six of Crows ranking and this book continues to prove that point. I love the Hawthrone brothers and I need more
- This was another fun, adventurous, mysterious read with extremely charming characters
- The mystery and suspense created was wonderful and well dragged out
- THAT ENDING PEOPLE HAD MY JAW ON THE FLOOR. It was unexpected to me
- I love the expanded relationship we got to see with the brothers along with the story we received
- Everything felt well connected and I am VERY ready for more. I need more.
- This book just makes me very happy and I can not wait to reread it again

A fantastic dystopian read that is just too slow
Like
- The whole concept of this book is fantastic and I felt like I was brought back to the world of dystopian reads in junior high
- A diverse cast of LGBTQ individuals who are perfect the way they are
- I enjoyed the push and pull for our main character and how it developed very strong character growth in the end
- Last 70 some pages is where the twists came in
Dislike
- Omg it was slow and wasn't what I was expecting from this author
- Felt like it was a missed opportunity to really expand on the story and make it even bigger than it is
- It felt like part of a substory I would get after reading a main story line

Just WOW. What a story that successfully balanced mystery, suspense and emotion
Love
- Such strong story telling and writing skills where I was instantly sucked in
- A unique voice and Angie did a fantastic way of breaking the fourth wall
- How the mystery portion of this book was written caught my attention fully and I didn't want to stop until I learned what happened
- I LOVED this ending and how there's this little doubt still buried into me just like the ending to Inception. It's a little wobble but it's there
- Happiness Falls is perfection and I can not stop encouraging people to read it
- The concept and idea, the pacing, the characters, everything contributed to the success of this book.
- SO, SO, GOOD PLEASE JUST READ IT

- I'm glad I stuck with it
Dislike
- The frist 33% of the book, I was convinced the majority of people who loved this book was reading something different from me
- It is hard to get into and the pacing is slow

The most disturbing and unimaginable book I've read this year... and I liked it
Like
- Extremely disturbing and left you feeling drained after reading it
- Definitely a sit down and finish it kind of book and a book I do not think I can read again
- Everything bad you can think of is in here and anything you couldn’t think of... is in here
- High gore, violence and not for the faint of heart. Truely one of the most terrifying and disgusting thing I've read in a long while
Dislike
- I will now try to wash my brain or continue down a deep reading hole

Has this nostalgic feel to it that brings me back to the old scooby cartoons that I loved
Like
- Surpired by how much I enjoyed the second book in the series
- Still funny and I love the chemistry between every character
- The character growth continues and the plot is simple but well done
- A bit less connection to pass Buffy events and characters that I think helped because I didn’t feel too lost with references
- Think Kendare Blake did an awesome job reaching her target audience. If I was still a teenager and a fan of Buffy, she nailed it on the head
Dislike
- Probaly my own thing but I wasn't the target audience so it took some time to get into
