Wow! What more can I say about the conclusion of the Cat and Mouse Duet?! Haunting and Hunting had be biting me nails from anxiety constantly! Zade Meadows may be unhinged, but he’s swoon worthy nonetheless. Every time he referred to Addie as “my girl” my heart melted.
Addie herself had some real character growth. She morphed into a total badass. Sibby was the comic relief I didn’t know I needed. At the end of the day, this was a tough read filled with some heavy content, so pay attention to those trigger warnings, but the ending was so worth it.

I really like how this book didn’t just straight into the spice. You were introduced to Sophie and Bram. Their predicament is that he’s her boss and her best friend’s dad. An injury and a snowstorm bring them together and I liked how absolutely sweet and patient Bram was to Sophie. Very little angst. Some build up where Sophie had some information to share with the main characters, but the drama was minimal. A great short read that had me kicking me feet and swooning

Raya Morris Edwards doesn’t miss with this series! Just when I thought no one could take Gerard Sovereign’s place as my favorite in this series, Deacon busted through the door! I think Deacon and Gerard share the top spot for me. I love how Deacon and Freya healed each other. They both came from bad homes and they made a new home together. Freya was from Appalachia before moving to Montana, and I loved that too. This story was different that Sovereign and Westin, and it had me in the edge of my seat at times. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!

This book was so cute! I love how Carys and Gannon found what neither of them knew they were looking for. I loved the banter between Gannon and his family. If you’re looking for a book without a third act break up, this is a good one.

Elsie Silver can do no wrong!
I loved seeing little snippets of Rhys and Tabby in the other books and finally getting their story.
Rhys’s backstory had been ready to cry. Finding out why he did the things he did for Tabby and letting her hate him. Ugh what a guy!
Tabby being so mean to Rhys, but then finding out bits and pieces about his life that totally changed her perception. Loved her character growth.
So many funny moments, tearful moments, and swoony moments.

This book focused around characters who were involved with MMA. The author definitely did her research and knew what she was talking about out in that respect.
I liked Skylar’s character. She carried the weight of the world on her shoulder but she didn’t whine about it.
How could you not like Dom? I also really liked the side characters. The conflict was kind of predictable, and I wish the resolution with the “villain” had been played out more, but it was still really enjoyable.

This book sucked me in from the very beginning! Zade is a man who knows that he wants, and it takes Adeline a while to figure out what she wants. The cliff hanger has me excited to start the next book.

I wish the relationship had been flushed out more and the drama part of it felt a bit rushed. I wanted them to pine for each other more.

As far as Daisy Jane books go, this one was tame in terms of kinks. My only gripe is that I wanted to shake Bec and scream at her for continuing to reach out to her ex. I also wanted to scream “tell her” to Beau. I love that Beau called Jett “Jettpack”. Loved his he got Bec to agree to go out with him. I don’t usually do reverse age gap, but I really liked this one.

M.A Cobb does not miss with these Black Gulch Ranch books! This series just keeps getting better! This was such an emotional rollercoaster! Ford and April bonded over similar trauma, and they helped each other heal. It was great to finally learn about Ford’s past, and for him to get his happy ending. Also loved still getting snippets of Mason and Dixon and their wives in this book too. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!
