I didn't realise this was YA until I finished, but like a lot of YA books it's not 'young' at all. Really enjoyed this read!

Definitely not my favourite of the series, just couldn’t connect with Delilah and stoopid Cat. Also felt like the season didn’t play as big a part as in previous books like autumn and winter - one of my fave parts of this serie. But happy to read about Nina and the history of the town more!

Really informative. Although my son isn’t at an unhealthy gaming level, this had lots of helpful tips to avoid that. Enjoyed reading the psychology behind it as well. It made me feel positive about gaming, rather than automatically view it as bad.

This book made me feel all the emotions - rage, sadness, fear, helplessness, hopefulness and inspiration. It's hard reading, it's necessary reading. Not just for girls and women, but for boys and men. And in the context of the current DV epidemic in Australia (although the use of the word current feels redundant), the time to read it is now.
