Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom

Everyone should read this book, especially young people, and if you think it's boring you missed the point all together. Read it again.

I love to collect quotes from books, little nuggets of wisdom. This book is one nugget.
I wish it was longer. It needs some details filled in.

Wow, this story was a lot scarier than I expected it to be. I've seen similar things happen in society but reading it in a story about children is a bit jarring. Still, it's true and a lot of people get hurt.

This was a nice little fluff read. Sometimes I just need something light to give my brain a break. I'm not big on romance stories but these aren't too bad. This story was cute and sometimes a little sad. I do like the characters from the Cedar Cove series so I love when their names pop up in these stories. When I read about Amanda I thought of the short story, "What Amanda Wants" and but in this case it's the mother that has cancer. I wish things moved a little faster, like with the obvious romance that is brewing between the handyman and the innkeeper. The cranky old man bit is getting old.
