A tender family picture book about a Grandpa with dementia, a Grandma, and their Granddaughter.  Written by a Danish author and translated into English with an Afterword written by the Head of the Danish Center of Reminiscence.

First time reading a Katherine Center book.  I did not want to like this book because I did not expect to like the writing, but I was wrong.  Her writing is good and pulled me along the storyline.  I liked how rom-coms are defended in intelligent ways. There were also difficult life circumstances interwoven and important life lessons that spoke to me.  I will read more of her books.

DID NOT FINISH: 10%

Main character is a copy-editor and proofreader.  She is proofing an orgy in the book and said she had copy-edited many.  That was enough for me.

I watched a review on YouTube by Abookolive and she recommended reading Rules of Civility before reading the short story in A Table For Two because there is a pretty big spoiler if you don't.
