I’m sadly DNFing this, for now (maybe forever) because while the writing is approachable, I’m only understanding maybe 10% of what is being explained.
Now I really enjoyed the historical part of what I read, how the scientists came about their theories and the scientific process is fascinating, with their collaborations and arguments in the community and how all of this works.
Sadly, that’s how much I’m able to comprehend, and because, to me, this book is heavy on the science part.
So while I do understand the written words on the pages, I’m just lost with the science and don’t feel like I will retain anything at all from finishing the book.

I haven’t picked up this for months, so it is an automatic DNF, though I will continue it eventually, when the need to pick it up again.
