This a dark story where our main FMC  is drugged and kidnapped by a humun trafficker. (So check the author’s homepage for the triggers warnings.) Ember does whatever to survive and after six years she is rescued. Those six years have taken a toll and her life as she knew it has changed. We journey with Ember as she pieces her new life together and her PTSD and her other health issues.  Her struggles with what she endured pops up in flashbacks but Ember is a survivor.
The story does end in a cliffhanger.

Stolen Secrets is the first book in the trilogy that has a cowgirl and a landman. Sarah runs and manages several ranches that the oil company is fracking for oil. Ethan is the landman for the oil company. Even though they may be on opposite sides, it didn’t stop them from being attracted to each other.
This book has it all: a missing person, murder, romance, ambushes, corrupted officials, and secrets. From the very beginning, this captivating story will keep you hooked until the very end.

Sweet Obsession, book one of Ruthless Games, was full of action: flying bullets, kidnapping, daring rescue, and being ambushed.  Those secrets are deadly. Entertaining story.

Knot My Luck was a delightful, heartwarming, hot as hell omge-verse, that kept me glued to my iPad until the end. I found it very entertaining and can’t wait for more.

This story grabbed my attention and held on tight til the end.  There was one difficult situation at the beginning and I thought the author did an excellent job with the subject.
I giggled, laughed, cried, screamed, and swooned while reading it.  I loved Gwen, Clark and Tenzin and I enjoyed part one and thankful part two isn’t that far. That ending left me screaming.
I want to say thank you to Jane Handler for the ARC and I’m leaving my review voluntarily.

What wonderful story with a hint of the Beauty and the Beast tale.
It is a whirlwind of emotions for a young woman filled with determination to find her true love match and have her voice heard. Fortunately,  Herr Legion Grey is there to find her perfect match. The chemistry between them is a smoldering, simmering burn until it wasn’t.
The story is a whirlwind of chaos with numerous secrets, secret identity, Mesmer (magic), danger, a daring rescue, and on a quest. A story that pulls you end and leaves you wanting more.

ARC Review - Crazed, the third book in The Collection, requires reading the previous books to fully understand the story. It appears that everyone desires a share of the Fashion Men.
That first part of the book had my heart pounding like crazy and my stomach in knots. That rescue was epic, of course, by none other than Beasty and new colleagues guns blazing.
Before you know it you are pulled into the whirlwind of emotions, kinks, cuddles, betrayal, treachery, girl fights, and the group finally communicating with each other.
Phenomenal story that left my heart racing at the ending and screaming . . . Again. 😂
Icy Pucking Play: A Single Dad Hockey Romance by Alix Vaughn, Alix Vaughn

Icy Plucking Play is part of Chicago Blades Series and is a standalone. Evan is the goalie, single father and mentoring his nephew Ryland. Sophie is a journalist that wants to do a story about Ryland and how family support and love helps a player’s game.  Evan has been burnt in the past by the news media and doesn’t trust Sophie.
Evan and Sophie dance around each other at first until they stop fighting their feelings. There is a little drama in the plot in this but with family, team mates and friends it works out.  It is a sweet read for a Sunday.

Eight Second Hearts is reverse harem cowboy style. Our female character, Indie Chen, is a hardworking and courteous individual who is respectful and not pushy in pursuing an interview with The Crimson Three.
Oh boy ladies these three cowboys are smoking hot in those tight wranglers jeans, chaps, cowboy boots, and that swagger  - 🥵🥵🥵.   OMG their banner had my toes curling. Their stories when they unfolded, made me scream then cry. Then it was back to toe curls and butterflies. I fricking loved it and I highly recommend the book.

Warrior’s captive is an alien story that is a quick read. Ragnar (alien) was a captured warrior and fought as a gladiator. Serena (human) was the ruler’s daughter.
This story goes from zero to 100 in five seconds. There’s an escape, kidnapping, a race to get away, spankings, and that only a little bit what to expect. You have to read the book to find out how it ends.
