Carrie Brownstein writes beautifully and shares the grungy life of touring with ease.
This is a love letter, almost written in blood, to Sleater Kinney. (I also loved reading this after reading Tegan and Sara’s “High School,” which seems like it had to be informed by Brownstein’s work.)
