Uncle Rick did it again. I love this thing. I love all of it.

Quite an interesting read that didn't make much sense towards the end.

It is such a heartwarming story and I feel so sad that I'd missed reading it when I was a child. Even so, it hasn't failed to captivate my heart. I love how nonsensical and whimsical Roald Dahl's works are. This one felt so much like homecoming. I love the BFG and the very last pages of the book made my heart dissolve in a puddle of pure delight. It's a story I'll keep coming back to, to teach myself of humility, of kindness, and above all to calm my estranged my heart with its subtle tones of sweetness :')
