This was a quick read for me. I enjoyed reading something that I would've loved in elementary school (not saying that I don't love it now), but it gave me a nostalgic feeling. It has the found family trope, which I live for and also all the characters really are important to me and that just makes me feel so much more for them. Even though I'm not the biggest fan of romance I like how it was written in this book.

Enjoyed the story and the enemies to lovers trope was written well, but I was confused from time to time about what was going on and the beginning with the marriage didn't make a lot of sense to me and didn't came across as plausible
Thron aus Gold und Asche by Leigh Bardugo

Pretty slow story and just seemed like Leigh Bardugo wanted to drag the story out. I enjoyed reading about Nikolais past a lot and learning more about him. If I didn't care about the characters and wouldn't have read S&B or SoC before, I wouldn't have finished it.

Very insightful and interesting. It was a bunch of essays, so there wasn't a structure really, but I enjoyed listening to it more than reading it physically

Great plot and world building. Wouldn't read it again though if I don't have a lot of time.

I was confused most of the time and sometimes just didn't understand what the "goal" was. The characters were definitely great and I loved them. Maybe I'll reread it before the next one comes out and it makes more sense then.
