This book had potencial, some promising thriller elements, but falls short in delivering a cohesive storyline and engaging characters. Additionally, the plot was predictable, and a significant portion of the book felt more like a cheesy romance than a gripping thriller.

From the moment I picked it up, I was hooked. Riley Sager's did it again.

The story was filled with twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat until the very last page. This is the type of book that will keep you guessing until the end!

I would never guess the final twist and OMG!!! Also, a new fear unlocked after reading this book. Here we go with another 5 stars

Great and gripping psychological thriller book! I got hooked fast because the narrative is filled with suspense, mystery, and unexpected twists. The characters are deeply flawed yet utterly compelling, and the atmospheric setting adds to the sense of unease. The plot looks easy to guess but it wasn’t.  It was unexpected and in the end full of shocking revelations.

Unexpected, is the first word I can think about in this book. In the beginning, I was cringing because the character was too attached to Twilight but I understood the reasons. The plot grew on me and I enjoyed it. I could figure out a couple things but still entertaining.

This book is a tough pill to swallow. It was an emotionally challenging experience that could leave a lasting impact on one's mind. Carmen has done an excellent job in writing the book, using a captivating house analogy that portrays a house that is not actually a house and how a dream could become a nightmare. Her writing style is beautiful and captivating, allowing readers to empathize with her and understand the trauma and pain she has been through. Overall, it was a touching and great book.
