I'm someone who both has tattoos, creates art (tattoos in the future potentially) and have lived in Oregon. The tattoo culture in Oregon, particularly related to the law is just as tiring and ridiculous as Jeff writes it.

It's a good read to see the edge that tattooing is teetering on. Jeff seems to find himself in the middle of "the old ways" and the new world of tattooing. His stories are an interesting view into street shops for sure.
