if you are interested in this book for a somewhat cheesy ya romance with a protagonist who isnt particularly lovable but gives a decent perspective of the overarching story, it does the job just fine. initially after finishing i gave it 3.5 stars and rounded up but now that ive thought about it im bumping it down to just three. after the epilogue, the author shows certain chapters and undiscussed stories in their original format of being from multiple perspectives and i understand why that isnt for every writer but i believe it would have given Wen a stronger story. however, would read again probably and recommend to grown ups who like some escapist teen drama and teens who like the idea of being sent to a preppy summer boarding school. i am both.
