it was a little hard for me to get into at first, but then i couldn’t put it down. i can relate to both alex and poppy in multiple ways and i love both their characters. very good book :)) if you like normal people by sally rooney, you’ll probably like this book too

i did not expect this book to be so good, i picked it off my shelf on a whim last night. but holy shit it was amazing, it makes me want to read more christina lauren (and probably give the unhoneymooners another try). i didn’t quite cry but this book had me tear up multiple times :’)
