His Jack Harkness impression sounds more like Bruce Campbell. This story is definitely inspired by Batman & Gotham, so much so that they reference Wayne Manor. McNeil - Commisioner Gordon, Wolfsbane - Bane, Whisper - Batgirl/Barbara Gordon, Doctor - Batman, Jack - Red Hood/Nightwing, Rose - Tim Drake

I'm kind of glad I knew about batman lore before going into this. I understood references to most characters mentioned even when they werent shown much. The only one I didn't know is Vicki Vale.
