Dear people of earth,
When I say that I think every single person who likes dark romance books should read the Dark Verse series by RuNyx…..well I have never been so serious about a book/books in a good while. It has been sometime since I have just been completely in utterly consumed by a series and this my friends…is it. Every book just keeps getting better and better. I love how the author ties all of the books together and that we’re finally getting to see how everything is fitting. The relationship between the elusive Shadow Man and Lyla genuinely makes me swoon. I would be putty in this man’s hands. This is definitely the darkest book out of the series so far and it definitely hit some heavy topics so please read the trigger warnings at the beginning before diving in. 10/10 recommend. I usually tend to falter out in longer series never usually making it past the third book with the exception of Twilight and Harry Potter and let’s be honest can you blame me, but this series just keeps on giving. I cannot wait to read the final installment later on this year. Until then I will just hold my breath.
