It was overall nice but the writing was resembling a poem. That’s a choice he made thar I don’t understand why 🤷🏼‍♀️

Easy to read, concise information that anyone can relate to. I highlighted the hell out of this book! At the end of each chapter, he gives certain exercises that can be applied to daily life and it increases the impact of the book massively. The major thing is that it's science and evidence-based, and all thanks to good citation, I can even look further into the concepts and research that I was interested in. Highly recommend it to everyone!!

Did not finish book. Stopped at 30%.
I honestly, truly hated this book. I could only bare for 40 pages and I have 0 intentions to continue. Everything is written on Christian perspective and it feels like the writer is trying to convince as if Christianity is the one true answer to everything, instead of remaining objective and give connection to a religion.

Stories are quite random and you feel like it shouldn’t work but it does somehow? There are some good observations and quotes but I didn’t like everything there was.
