I don't have too much to say about this. I feel like the plot could have been more exciting. But I still love the characters. I wasn't expecting that thing that happened at the very end to happen. And I'm really quite sad because that character is my favourite character and also part of my OTP so.
I still don't like Rory very much, especially in this book. Everything she did just made me so mad. Like why?? Why would you do that you stupid person you???! Gaaahh
And of course, as always Maureen Johnson's writing is fantastic. I love her description, and her dialogue is hilarious! One of my favourites "the wibbliness got wibblier." I still laugh about that XD

I'm surprised at how many bad reviews there are! I loved this book so much that I was tempted to skip my favourite show tonight to finish it XD
I've always loved Greek mythology, so while reading this I tried to figure out who was who and it was really fun! Carter put an interesting twist to the mythology and I thought she did it really well.
For the most part I love the writing style; it's paced very nicely and flows together well. There are some things that bother me, like the repetition with certain phrases (ex. "Kate?" and "...more than anything else...")
Oh my god I fell in love so badly with Henry! The last time I fell in love with a character that hard was with Will Herondale, which is saying a lot considering he's my favourite book character of all time. But Henry is just so incredible and polite and everything good about life and I want him to be real TT.TT
One thing that I really love about this book is the ending. Carter ended it in a way that I could just stop here, not read the other books and I'd have no lingering questions. I'll still read the other books, simply because I want to see more of Henry, but it was ended rather well. I applaud Carter for being able to do that, because I'm horrible when it comes to endings; I'm always asking questions that won't be answered, but this time I have none (at least not at the moment =p)

I got this earlier and couldn't wait to read through it, and now I'm even more excited for the movie! Just a couple more days!! :D
I actually quite disliked this book. The characters were just - blah. Haven is a childish, Ashley is over dramatic and selfish, the mother is focused on herself all the time, the father doesn't seem to care all that much about his daughters, Sumner really wasn't very interesting, Casey was bitchy, Lewis was boring, and so was the plot! Pretty much the only thing I liked was the last chapter, and even that wasn't too great
Hold up now shE CAN NOT JUST END IT LIKE THAT WHEN I DON'T HAVE THE NEXT BOOK YET AHHH
This may just be one of the single greatest books I have ever read in my entire life. Everything about it was perfect! The characters, the plot line, the pace, everything! This is one of few books where I've been completely surprised by the main plot twist, and what a fantastic twist it was! All the characters are so loveable, even when I want to hate them. This has made me want to seek out my own Great Perhaps
