Fast paced, easy to get into and surprisingly funny.

Definitely gives me X-Men vibes which I'm kinda loving and is a good introduction into the series which I will continue to read.
Doesn't end on a cliff hanger so I feel like I'm not rushing for the next book

The power dynamics are interesting, and I liked the character progression with Juliette. Definitely YA, but still enjoyable!

Hard to write a review for this one. I didn't find the story or the writing something that would normally grip me. However, the concept is so interesting and it's a short read.

The ending had me gasping and those pieces fell into place.

There was times where I thought Lucas was trying to be there for Noah and Adrienne was not giving him a chance. But when Lucas told Noah to run away, I guess he wasn't able see him the way Adrienne did.

Tragic and interesting read if you're looking for quick book to achieve that reading goal!
