The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

quite an entertaining, light, and easy read. I read this book as it was recommended on the TV Show "YOU" and also because I'm trying to get off non-fiction for a while. The plot is rather stable, the characters are easy to remember as there were only a few. The story itself for me is not as exciting as I was expecting, I must say that my expectation was pretty high hence I was feeling a little disappointed, but the book remains interesting nonetheless. Not sure if I'd recommended it as a must-read, but it is quite a worthy shot if you're curious.

Love, love it.
A very casual and easy read. Each part/character generation is perfectly written and entertaining in its own unique way. One thing I do dislike-ish in this book is the slow build-up, which I guess was intentional by the author, though I wished the build-up in Noa's character and story was a little more in-depth. Overall, I truly enjoyed reading Panchinko and would recommend anyone to have a go at it
