This book was wayyyy too long. I did enjoy the plot a lot more than Fourth Wing. There were lots of quests that the characters go on, which was really fun. Loved the new additions of magic introduced in this book. It saved itself from being too military for me, which was a big surprise.
I loved the introduction of the fliers and the RCS challenge was one of the best segments of the book.
Violet is still incredibly annoying and immature but Xaden is my favorite character.

So interesting and kept me guessing the entire time.
It often felt weird that he wasn’t motivated by reuniting with his child, but that was kind of redeemed in the end.
Absolutely loved how fast paced this was. Such a good read!
The description of the multiverses was so creative and immersive.

Lily and Nick were wonderful protagonists. The Greene family was warm and loving and I thought the sisters were fabulous side characters. The emails at the beginning were incredibly cringey at times but the story ended up being very very sweet.

Such a nice complement to “You Could Make This Place Beautiful” by Maggie Smith which I just read. The poems about motherhood and her children are breathtaking. Loved this! And it was a Christmas gift from my mom. What a joy.

Devastating, painful. Columbus woman with a lawyer husband and daughter Violet goes through horrible divorce. I had to ask Brad over and over if he would please not leave me. Her writing is so beautiful. One of the best and worst reads! And so much more about parenting than I expected. Cried so many times through this one.

The name “Addie” really took me out of it. She was almost too perfect and so was

I loved the setting! Super cozy. Took a while to set up the plot and there were so many characters it was hard to keep them straight. The guide at the beginning was helpful!

Cute! I didn’t remember much at all from the first book, so I feel like I missed out on a bit. Pretty good on audio, except for some scenes. Thankfully there were only a few! Brody was almost too perfect?
